Mad Max 4

Charlize Theron en Tom Hardy zullen te zien zijn in de nieuwe Mad Max 4. The Daily Telegraph laat weten dat de regisseur George Miller reeds begonnen is aan de pre-productie. Het zal nog zo'n 2,5 jaar duren vooraleer de film in de zalen zal te zien zijn. De opnames zullen plaats vinden in Sydney en de Australische outbacks.

"The production agreements have been a long time in the making and Premier Rees and his team have worked like Trojans to ensure this substantial investment comes into this country. Not only does it help fuel the local economy but it means many talented people get a chance to practice their craft and lift their skills."

Normaal gezien staat Mel Gibson niet op het lijstje om een rol te vertolken in 'Mad Max', die voor hem zijn doorbraak betekende.
